The Ivy Tech Columbus Financial Aid staff welcomes all forms of communication from our students – after all, you're the reason we're here! We can serve you most effectively when we use our time wisely and efficiently, and even more importantly, we want you to have access to information quickly and conveniently. There is a wealth of information available to you 24/7 via Campus Connect, much of it directly related to the types of questions raised most frequently in the calls, emails and visits we receive from students.

Following are simple step-by-step outlines of the way you can use Campus Connect to gain immediate answers to four commonly asked and very important questions:

Do I have Messages from the Financial Aid Office? Are there any holds? What's the status of my Academic Progress?
  • Log into Campus Connect at https://cc.ivytech.edu
  • Under the 'Financial Aid Links', lower portion in the middle of the page, click on' Messages'
  • Select Aid Year, and 'Submit'
  • Click on the appropriate tab.
Is my Financial Aid File Complete?
  • Log into Campus Connect at https://cc.ivytech.edu
  • Under the ‘Financial Aid Links', lower portion in the middle of the page, click on 'Verification and Authorization'
  • Click on "Requirements, Verification, Documentation, and Financial Aid Authorization Forms"
  • Choose the appropriate award year and submit
  • Click on any missing items for details
How do I check my Financial Aid Awards?
  • Log into Campus Connect at https://cc.ivytech.edu
  • Under the ‘Financial Aid Links', lower portion in the middle of the page, click on ‘Awards'.
  • If required, Select Aid Year, and Submit
  • Click on "Award Overview", and check the bottom of that page to view award details.
  • To accept student loan funds, click on ‘Accept Award Offer'.
How do I View my Bursar/Billing Account?
  • Log into Campus Connect at https://cc.ivytech.edu
  • Under the ‘Student Links', upper portion in the middle of the page, click on 'View Account/Pay Bill'
  • Click on the "Student" tab at the top of the page
  • Click on "Student Account"
  • Click on "View your account or pay your bill"
  • Read the requirements and click "I accept"

  • Visit us at our service window. Our normal operating hours are:
    Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
    Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
